Dear Lake Don Pedro Families: Please join us tomorrow, Saturday, March 4th in the gym at 5 p.m. for our Parent Club’s Annual Tri-Tip Fundraising Dinner!  We are so grateful for the support of our parents and community which funds many of our student field trips, enrichment activities, and other projects that improve our school.  Themed baskets and some really special items will be featured in our auction and raffle!  We look forward to seeing you for dinner and fun—all proceeds benefit our children. Kindergarten Round - Up - Registration Ongoing

KINDERGARTEN AGE REQUIREMENTS

 

Children turning 5 years old before September 1, 2017 are eligible to register for Kindergarten. Registration packets will be available at LDPE on February 22 and continuing.

 

TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN AGE REQUIREMENTS

A child is eligible for the 17-18 Transitional Kindergarten program if a child will have his/her fifth birthday between September 2 and December 2,2017.  Transitional kindergarten is the first year of a two-year kindergarten curriculum that is age and developmentally appropriate.  A child who turns 5 after December 2, 2017 will be eligible for kindergarten in the 2018-2019 school year.

 

WHAT TO BRING

Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and please bring the child being registered!

 

What you will receive:

A Kindergarten Readiness Packet.

Your child will be taking a pre-kindergarten assessment and you will receive a copy of the results.  Plan to be at Round-Up approximately one-hour.  Any questions please call the school office at 209-852-2144
