Dear Lake Don Pedro Families:
Basketball season will be completing next week with home games on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday after school. I am proud of our athletes! They have grown in their skills individually and as a team. Come out and support the Coyotes!
Kindergarten Round - Up - Registration Ongoing
KINDERGARTEN AGE REQUIREMENTS
Children turning 5 years old before September 1, 2017 are eligible to register for Kindergarten. Registration packets will be available at LDPE on February 22 and continuing.
TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN AGE REQUIREMENTS
A child is eligible for the 17-18 Transitional Kindergarten program if a child will have his/her fifth birthday between September 2 and December 2,2017. Transitional kindergarten is the first year of a two-year kindergarten curriculum that is age and developmentally appropriate. A child who turns 5 after December 2, 2017 will be eligible for kindergarten in the 2018-2019 school year.
WHAT TO BRING
Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and please bring the child being registered!
What you will receive:
A Kindergarten Readiness Packet.
Your child will be taking a pre-kindergarten assessment and you will receive a copy of the results. Plan to be at Round-Up approximately one-hour. Any questions please call the school office at 209-852-2144

March 2nd - THEODORE THURSDAY, dress up as your favorite Dr. Seuss character; FFA expo at LDPE
March 3rd -- CAT IN THE HAT DAY--wear a crazy hat or dress as a cat; FUN FRIDAY; Freshman registration packets due back to sites

Saturday, MARCH 4th 5 p.m. -7 p.m.
Parents Club is putting on the annual Auction/Dinner Fundraiser. This fundraiser helps fund field trips, curriculum, sports, supplies for the teachers and children, end of year Fun Day, and much more. Please come join us for a delicious dinner and awesome raffle/auction items.
All Dinners include: Salad, Beans, Garlic Bread &Dessert, Tea or Lemonade & Coffee
$9 for Tri-tip Dinner
$7 for Chicken Dinner
